In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the vw103 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vw103 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+. Providing false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or agent.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through vw103 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee of vw103 or its affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been granted by vw103 compliance.

vw103 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is compliant with the laws of your country or territory of residence. vw103 accepts no liability for any breach by a Member of locally applicable laws.

To access the Services, you must register a Member Account on the Platform. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on vw103 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, phone number, and email address.
• Account Ownership: Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any other person to access or operate your Account. vw103 reserves the right to close any Account that shows evidence of third-party operation.
• Verification: vw103 may require you to verify your registration information before activating your Account or processing any transaction. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by vw103 may result in Account suspension.
• Currency: All Member Accounts on vw103 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR via supported local payment channels.

vw103 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason for that decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstance.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your vw103 Account and must not reuse passwords from other services.
• You must notify vw103 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• vw103 will never request your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any request of this kind is fraudulent and must be reported to our support team.
• All transactions completed using valid Account credentials — prior to notification of unauthorized access — are considered the responsibility of the Account holder.

5.1 Deposits. vw103 supports deposits via all major Indonesian local bank transfer channels — including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata — as well as the e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within two minutes of a confirmed bank transfer. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing times may be extended. vw103 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name and matches the verified identity information on your vw103 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. For fully KYC-verified accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within five to thirty minutes. Processing times may vary based on the Member's chosen payment channel and applicable banking cut-off times.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal may be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified (see Clause 9).
• All active wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds must have been met in full.
• The Member must not be under investigation for any suspected breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold specified in the Cashier section.

5.6 Refused Transactions. vw103 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation and, if a breach is confirmed, may be forfeited.

5.7 Currency. All transactions on vw103 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion fee is applied by vw103; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

vw103 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Eligibility: Each promotional offer specifies its own eligibility criteria. Unless otherwise stated, all offers are available to Indonesian residents who are 21 years of age or older and hold a fully verified vw103 Account in good standing.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each promotion's detail page. vw103 publishes complete, unambiguous terms for every offer — no hidden requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: vw103 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; and exploitation of software errors or technical glitches to generate unintended bonus credits. Confirmed abuse will result in bonus cancellation, recovery of associated winnings, and Account suspension.
• Seasonal Promotions: vw103 offers promotional campaigns timed to culturally significant periods — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, Imlek, and Nyepi. Specific terms for each seasonal campaign are published at the commencement of the promotional period.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically.
• vw103's Right to Modify: vw103 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

7.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on vw103 are subject to the individual market rules published in the Sportsbook section. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a sports market, vw103's decision — based on verified official result data — is final. vw103 covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika), and E-sports (MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire).

7.2 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. vw103 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed after an event's determining outcome has occurred but before the market closure was technically registered.

7.3 Casino & Slot Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are independent of vw103's operational systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games on vw103 follow draw schedules and prize structures specific to each market variant. Results are determined by independently verifiable draw data. Full togel rules are published in the dedicated Togel section of the Platform.

7.5 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the Member. vw103 may void bets in circumstances including: obvious pricing errors; incomplete or abandoned events where no clear result can be determined; confirmed technical errors affecting odds calculation.

7.6 Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-bet and cumulative weekly payout limits apply per Member and per market type. These limits are published in the Sportsbook and Casino sections respectively. vw103 reserves the right to reduce stake acceptance or limit payouts for individual Members at its discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vw103 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any legal remedies vw103 may pursue:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Opening or operating more than one Account (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information abuse, or any form of sports integrity manipulation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Members in live poker, sabung ayam (rooster fighting wagering), or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vw103 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

vw103 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at any other point during a Member's account lifecycle.

9.1 Required Documents. Depending on the level of verification required, vw103 may request one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (front-of-card photo with middle digits obscured, or e-wallet account screenshot showing registered name).
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.
• Source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

9.2 Processing Time. Standard KYC document reviews are completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Complex cases or documents requiring additional authentication may take up to five business days.

9.3 Account Suspension Pending KYC. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete. Deposit and gameplay functionality may remain available at vw103's discretion during the pending verification period.

9.4 Data Handling. All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are transmitted via encrypted channels, stored securely, and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.

vw103 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all its Services. The following tools and policies form part of vw103's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations, after which the Account is automatically paused until the following day.

• Self-Exclusion: Members may self-exclude for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted via Account Settings or to support are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.

All content on the vw103 Platform — including but not limited to software code, databases, design layouts, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and game content — is the intellectual property of vw103 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written authorization from vw103.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software.
• Using the vw103 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting content from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of vw103 intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vw103 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Without limiting the foregoing, vw103 specifically excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Member's Account where the Member failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Inaccuracies in real-time sports data feeds or odds information sourced from third-party providers.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to Indonesian banking infrastructure, e-wallet providers, or third-party payment intermediaries.
• Any consequence arising from a Member's breach of locally applicable laws governing online gambling.
• Platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.

vw103's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

vw103 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data-handling principles observed by vw103 include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for the provision of Services, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• Data is stored on encrypted servers and is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of their personal data, subject to vw103's legal retention obligations.
• All communications containing personal data are transmitted via industry-standard encrypted channels.

vw103 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vw103 will provide notice to Members via one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed upon login to the Platform; an email to the registered address on the Member's Account; or a prominent announcement on the Platform's homepage.

Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the update notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which vw103 holds its operating licence. vw103 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform.

vw103 acknowledges that its primary user base is located in Indonesia and that Indonesian users access the Platform in full understanding of the legal context applicable to their jurisdiction. vw103 makes no warranty as to the legality of its Services from the perspective of Indonesian domestic law and does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from a Member's access to the Platform from Indonesia.

Any dispute between vw103 and a Member that cannot be resolved through our standard support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in vw103's licensing terms. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits vw103's right to seek injunctive or emergency relief in any competent court of law where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce a Member's obligation to repay funds obtained through prohibited conduct.
